AeroMarine Inspection Co

Photography & video

The same cameras. A different job.

Aerial, ground and underwater camera work. The same drone and ROV we inspect with, pointed at making a property look like itself on its best day.

Aerial work is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. Airspace near an airport is cleared before we quote, not after.

Above

Aerial that sells the lot, not just the house

Elevation, roofline, acreage, the drive in, where the property sits against the lake or the ridge. The things a buyer cannot picture from a photo taken at head height in the front yard.

Ground

Interiors that look like the room felt

Level, corrected, lit for the space rather than the camera. Every frame edited by hand, delivered at full resolution and sized for the MLS without you touching it.

Below

Underwater nobody else is offering

A buyer asks what the dock looks like underneath and most sellers can only shrug. An ROV answers it on film — piling, cribbing, seawall, bottom — in the same visit as the listing photos.

What it costs, before you ask

  • Church, school and municipal facilities
  • Motorsport, racing and outdoor sport

How it works

  1. 01

Tell us the property and the deadline. Address, square footage, what it is for. You get a price and a date back, in writing, usually the same day.

  2. 02

We shoot it. An hour for most homes, longer for acreage, waterfront or anything with a dock under it. The property should be ready — we photograph what is there.

  3. 03

Files land in your inbox. Edited, full resolution, MLS-sized copies alongside, with a link that does not expire.

Worth knowing

Booking a shoot and an inspection together saves a second call-out, and the seller ends up with something better than photos: a dated record of the roof and the dock that answers the buyer's first two questions before they are asked.

What we inspect ›

Questions people ask

Can you shoot and inspect on the same visit?

Yes, and it is the cheapest way to buy both. A listing shoot with a roof and dock inspection alongside it saves the second call-out and gives the buyer a condition record with the photos.

Do I get the raw files?

Edited files come as standard. Raw footage is available on request at no extra cost — it is your property, and we would rather you had it than not.

How far ahead do you book?

Usually a few days. Twilight and event work needs more notice because the time of day is fixed.

Can you fly here?

Most places, yes. Airspace near an airport needs clearance first, which is usually granted in minutes but occasionally not at all. We check before we quote, not after.

Got a property that needs to look good?

Tell us what it is and when it lists. We will give you a price and a date.
