Services
If you can't get to it, we can put a camera on it.
Above the roofline with a drone, below the waterline with an ROV. Every job ends the same way — dated imagery and plain notes about what we saw, in your own portal. What changes is who is asking and what they need it for.
Real estate & property
For agents, sellers, buyers and landlords
A roof nobody wants to walk, a stain on a ceiling with no obvious source, and a buyer asking questions two days before closing. We put the answer on film the same week.
Typical jobs
- Pre-listing condition record for a seller
- Roof, chimney, flashing and gutter check
- Tracing where water is getting in
- Storm damage documented for a claim
- Buyer's look at a roof too steep to walk
- Move-in and move-out property records
Waterfront & marine
For lake owners, marinas and boat owners
Half of a waterfront property is under the water, and almost nobody has ever seen that half. An ROV gets there without a dive team, a boat haul-out or a scheduling headache.
Typical jobs
- Dock and boat lift condition before buying a lake house
- Seawall face and footing after a wet year
- Piling and cribbing below the waterline
- Hull, running gear and prop without hauling out
- Finding something dropped off a dock
- Mooring and anchor checks
Commercial & industrial
For facility managers and building owners
A flat roof is expensive to walk and expensive to ignore. A dated imagery record, taken the same way each year, turns a maintenance argument into a comparison.
Typical jobs
- Annual roof condition record
- After a hail or wind event
- Finding trapped moisture before tearing up a roof
- Rooftop units and their housings
- Tanks, stacks, silos and towers from a safe distance
- Water intake, sump and outflow condition
Construction
For contractors, developers and project managers
The same frame, on the same interval, from the first clearing to the final punch. It settles arguments about what was done and when, and it keeps an owner or a lender off the phone.
Typical jobs
- Monthly progress record for the owner or lender
- A dated image set when a sub says it is finished
- Site overview for a bid or a logistics plan
- Roof details checked before the scaffold comes down
- Stockpile and grading overview
- Before and after of a whole site
Agriculture & land
For farms, timber and large acreage
Walking a section takes a morning. Seeing it takes ten minutes, and you come away knowing where the water sits, where the fence is down and where the stand thins out.
Typical jobs
- The whole property in one image
- Finding a washout or a blocked culvert
- Fence line, gate and road condition
- Timber stand overview before a sale
- Drainage and standing-water patterns
- Land documented for a listing
Worth being straight about: our sensors are thermal and visible light. We show you what the ground actually looks like from above. We do not produce multispectral crop health indices.
Municipal & utilities
For towns, water authorities and co-ops
Public assets get a formal inspection on a long cycle and nothing in between. Imagery in between is cheap, and it is what turns a budget request into a case.
Typical jobs
- Tank, tower and standpipe exteriors between formal inspections
- Bridge piling and abutments after a flood
- Culvert mouths and outfalls
- Reservoir and basin condition
- Tower, antenna and line hardware from a distance
- Documenting an asset for a grant or capital plan
We are the camera, not the engineer. Work like this usually sits alongside an engineer's inspection rather than in place of it, and we are happy to work to their shot list.
Something else
Not on the list? Ask anyway.
Nearly every job we get called about is a version of two problems: it is up there and nobody can reach it, or it is under the water and nobody has ever looked. If that is your problem, it is probably one we can solve, even if nothing above describes it.
Tell us what it is and what you need to know. If a drone or an ROV is the wrong tool we will say so and point you at what is right, rather than take the booking.
Everything we do, sorted honestly
What is routine, what needs arranging, what needs a look first
Done routinely
- Roof and building exterior imaging
- Thermal and heat-loss surveys
- Dock, seawall, piling and boat lift inspection
- Hull, keel and running gear inspection
- Property and site condition documentation
- Construction progress visits
- Storm and hail damage records
- Tanks, towers and stacks from the air
- Intakes, outfalls and culvert mouths
- Finding and filming a dropped object under water
Done, with arranging
- Multi-day surveys of large sites
- Standing schedules — monthly or quarterly visits
- Twilight, dawn and night work
- Bridge and overpass imagery, above and below water
- Reservoir, basin and lagoon surveys
- Portfolios — several properties in one booking
- Working to somebody else's shot list or format
- Environmental and habitat imagery where permits allow
Quoted after we look
- Mapping, orthomosaics and 3D models
- Measurement a third party will rely on
- Anything near controlled airspace or an airport
- Flights over or close to people, traffic or public roads
- Deliverables that must meet a specification we did not write
- Anything we have not done before — we will tell you that it is new
What we don't do
- We don't certify structural adequacy, stamp drawings or produce engineering assessments. We document condition and hand you the evidence.
- We don't perform non-destructive testing, and we don't dive.
- We don't take regulated pipeline, dam or confined-space work.
- We don't sell repairs. There is nothing for us to gain by finding a problem that isn't there, and nothing to lose by telling you your roof is fine.
- We don't quote a job we can't do well. If it needs somebody else, we'll say so.
